Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Version 2.1 describes the RIZL non-custodial XRP Ledger tracking and trading platform, including wallet self-custody, market data and alerts, third-party data sources, and your responsibilities when trading XRPL tokens. This version replaces all earlier versions.

RIZL is a strictly non-custodial, self-custodial platform. We never hold, custody, or have access to your XRP, tokens, seed phrases, or private keys. You are always in full control of your own wallet and funds.

1. Non-Custodial Service

RIZL provides an interface for tracking and trading tokens on the XRP Ledger (XRPL). All wallets connected to or created through RIZL are self-custodial: your seed phrase and private keys are encrypted on your own device and are never transmitted to, stored on, or accessible by RIZL. Because we do not custody funds, we cannot freeze, reverse, recover, or restore any transaction, wallet, or balance under any circumstances.

2. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrases, private keys, and recovery information. If you lose them, your funds cannot be recovered by RIZL or anyone else. You are also solely responsible for every transaction you sign and broadcast, including buys, sells, trustlines, and any trading executed through bots or automation you configure.

3. No Financial Advice

RIZL displays market data, charts, signals, and alerts for informational purposes only. Nothing on RIZL constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Meme tokens are highly volatile and speculative; you may lose your entire investment. Always do your own research before trading.

4. Third-Party Data & Markets

Market data is sourced from third parties such as DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, FirstLedger, and public XRPL nodes. We do not endorse, audit, or guarantee any token, issuer, listing, or market. Token listings and alerts are not recommendations. Interactions with the XRPL and any decentralized exchange occur at your own risk.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RIZL to violate any applicable law or regulation, to launder funds, to defraud others, or to attack or disrupt the service. We may suspend or restrict access to the interface for abuse, without affecting your ability to access your own self-custodial wallet independently of RIZL.

6. Service Availability

RIZL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the interface, data feeds, bots, or alerts. Downtime, latency, or data inaccuracies may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIZL and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, or from any transaction you execute on the XRPL.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of RIZL after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
