Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Because RIZL is non-custodial, we collect very little. This may include: your email address (if you create an account), public XRPL wallet addresses you connect (which are public blockchain data), support form submissions, and basic technical data such as device type, browser, and approximate region for security and service operation. We do not collect seed phrases, private keys, or copies of your funds.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate the platform, authenticate your account, deliver alerts and bot notifications you configure, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Blockchain Data Is Public

Transactions you sign are recorded permanently on the public XRP Ledger and are visible to anyone, including market data providers such as DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, and FirstLedger. We cannot alter or delete on-chain data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run RIZL (cloud hosting, email delivery, market data feeds), each under their own privacy obligations, and only as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights. We do not share personal information for payment for the value of personal data.

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use only the minimal storage required to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as your theme and slippage settings). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. United States, All 50 States

Residents of every U.S. state have the following rights regarding their personal information, including (but not limited to) rights granted under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, Texas TDPSA, Oregon OCPA, Florida FDBR, and similar laws in Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, Montana and others:

• Know / Access: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
• Correct: inaccurate personal information.
• Delete: personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Portability: receive a copy in a portable, readily usable format.
• Opt out: of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and certain profiling; note that RIZL does none of these.
• Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

California residents may also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights, and will not receive discriminatory treatment. Because we collect no sensitive-data uses beyond what is described above, no separate sensitive-data consent is required for the service to function.

7. Worldwide Coverage

Wherever you live, we apply the same strong standard described above. In addition, if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada (PIPEDA), Brazil (LGPD), Japan (APPI), Australia (Privacy Act), South Africa (POPIA), Saudi Arabia (PDPL), the UAE, or any other jurisdiction with an applicable privacy law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to or restrict processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Legal bases (EEA/UK): we process account data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), support and security data under our legitimate interests, and any optional communications with your consent.

8. Data Retention & Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Account data is deleted upon verified account-deletion requests, except records we must retain legally. Wallet seeds used for in-app self-custody wallets are encrypted on your device and never stored on our servers. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

RIZL is not directed to anyone under 18 (or under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will always show the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app.
